Teen Mugged For Phone

a 13-year-old boy was mugged for his cell phone jan. 6 at 5:50 p.m. police said he was approached by three muggers wearing black masks and hooded sweatshirts on the corner of west end avenue and west 81st street, a block away from the victim's home. one perp reportedly said, "give me your phone. don't run or scream. we have a gun. don't call the cops." the boy handed over the phone, police said, and all three muggers fled north on west end avenue.
