TWO TEENS ARRESTED

two 13-year-old boys were picked up after robbing and punching an 11-year-old boy on the southeast corner of amsterdam avenue and west 79th street. police said that on april 8 at 5 p.m., the two teen robbers pushed the victim into a gate and struck him several times, taking the boy's cell phone. they fled north on amsterdam avenue until an officer apprehended them.
