President George W. Bush's approval ratings have fallen thisclose to their all-time low.

A new Harris poll finds that just 27% of Americans view the president's job performance in a positive light, just above the record low of 26% Harris reported in July. On the flipside the poll finds 72% of Americans have a negative opinion of Bush. Last month, those numbers stood at 31-67.

Just 23% of those polled view Vice President Dick Cheney in a positive light, while his negatives stand at the same 72% as the president.

Other politicians from both sides of the aisle also pick up negative ratings in the poll. Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi, a Democrat, has just a 29% approval rating.  Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, also a Democrat, falls below that at 18%.
