ARRESTING CAR STOP

    A driver was collared after he became aggressive with cops during a traffic stop. On Dec. 5 at 9:15 a.m., cops pulled over a car on the southwest corner of Third Avenue and East 61st Street. An officer was in the process of writing out a summons when the driver, Mirek Kupczynski, allegedly got out of his car against police orders and starting screaming in the officer"s face. When Kupczynski, 36, threatened the cop, a struggled ensued and Kupczynski was taken in for resisting arrest.
