Assault in Club

During an argument, a 29-year-old East Harlem man was attacked at Vudu Lounge, at 1487 First Ave. near East 78th Street. Police said that March 6 at 3:55 a.m., the victim was arguing with a friend of another man, Daniel Stone. During the argument, Stone, 26, allegedly hit the man in the back of the head with a wooden chair. The man received a laceration to the back of his head and was taken to New York Hospital, police said. Stone was arrested and charged with assault.
