Breaking In for a Purse

an employee at the tangled vine, at 434 amsterdam ave. and west 81st street, had her purse stolen april 6 at 9:20 a.m. police said that when the 49-year-old queens woman arrived for work that morning through the delivery entrance on street level, she left her purse on top of the lockers. she walked upstairs to the main level of the restaurant. police said she noticed a person enter from an unsecured delivery entrance, and that her purse was missing from the employee-only area.
