CNBC Dubs US Attorney the "New Sheriff of Wall Street"

Move over Eliot Spitzer. At theCNBC Institutional Investor Delivering Alpha conference yesterday afternoon,the network's Jim Cramer dubbed Southern District U.S. Attorney Preet Bharara the "New Sheriff of Wall Street," because of Bharara's financial crimes prosecutions. Cramer starts off his interview calling Bharara "arguably the most successful prosecutor in the history of insider trading." Bharara, whose record on insider trading cases is 65 wins with 6 cases pending, has also been bandied about as a potential candidate for higher office, a possibility Bharara has [shot down](http://dealbook.nytimes.com/2012/06/15/victory-spurs-speculation-on-bhararas-next-move/).
