Vendor robbed on High LineA 23-year-old vendor for New Yorkina on the High Line at the northwest corner of 10th Avenue and West 17th Street reported that her cart was robbed Thursday, August 24, at 7:55 p.m. The vendor told police that she was working at the stand when two teenagers approached her and asked what she was selling before grabbing the tip jar and walking away. The victim said that the jar contained $25.

cASH TAKEN FROM LockerA 36-year-old woman reported that her property was stolen from a locker while she was working out in the Blink Fitness at 308 Eighth Ave. Friday, August 25, at 5:15 p.m. The victim told police that she locked her bag in a locker when she arrived at the gym and when she went to leave at 7 p.m., she found that the key lock she was using had been clipped and her MetroCard and an undisclosed amount of cash had been taken.

Bag TAKENA man reported that items were stolen from his bag when he left it near the Muhlenberg library at 203 West 23rd Street Monday, August 21, at 3:25 p.m. The victim told police that when he went back inside to retrieve his property, he found that the bag was in a trash can at the library and his jeans, underwear and shirts that were inside it had been taken.

Woman harassed on West 19thA 34-year-old woman reported that she was harassed outside her building on West 19th Street between Ninth and 10th Avenues Friday, August 25, at 1:20 a.m. The victim told police that she got into an argument with another woman who lives in the building and the woman reportedly threatened to hit her.

Man busted for ID theftPolice arrested a 20-year-old man for identity theft in front of 460 West 41st St. Saturday, August 26, at 2:55 a.m. Police said that the man was stopped because he was recognized from a previously reported incident and when he was searched, he was allegedly in possession of marijuana, a New Jersey identification card and a Social Security card, neither of which belonged to him.

narcotics Pipe found in ambulancePolice reported that a pipe with narcotics was found inside an ambulance at the northwest corner of 12th Avenue and West 30th Street Saturday, August 26, at 6:49 p.m. Police said that the clear glass pipe with residue of unknown narcotics was found inside the FDNY ambulance, but there was no further information about where the pipe came from.
