Gym Dandy — NOT!Three people had property missing following three separate incidents at Upper West Side gyms, police reported. In the first incident, on October 29, a 40-year-old man put his belongings -- including cash, credit cards, and a cell phone totaling just over $900 -- in a locker at the YMCA located at 5 West 63rd St. The items were gone when he returned from his workout.

At 5 p.m. on the following day, a 39-year-old man returned to his locker at the New York Sports Club at 61 West 62nd Street to find his cell phone and wallet were missing, along with cash and credit cards. The total stolen came to $1,088.

And at 4 p.m. on Oct. 31, an 81-year-old man returned to his locker in the New York Sports Club at 248 W. 80th Street and found that his hearing aid, coat, and pants were gone. The hearing aid alone was valued at $5,000.

Purse CurseAt 6 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 20, a 50-year-old woman returned to her office in 33 West 60th St. to discover that her purse was missing, containing a wallet, cash, and keys, with a total value of $265.

Cargo Bike GoneAnd for our regular readers wondering where this week’s bike theft story is … At 1 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 19, a Yuba cargo bike belonging to a local business and valued at $2,800 was stolen from outside 4 West 75th Street.
