CEO of IAC threatenedAn employee of IAC at 555 West 18th St. reported that a man made threats against the media company’s CEO, Joey Levin, in four emails sent Sept. 8. Police said that one of the emails read, “F-ck Joey Levin… p-ssy a-- bottom feeder,” and that another one said, “Time’s up, a--holes, c u soon.” The suspect reportedly has a prior arrest for threatening President Obama and was previously found in possession of firearms.

Man busted for accostingPolice arrested a 44-year-old man and a 34-year-old woman in connection with a drug deal at the northeast corner of Ninth Avenue and West 16th Street early on the morning of Sept. 9. Police said that the man approached the woman and sold her marijuana. He also reportedly offered to sell her cocaine but the aluminum foil he gave her didn’t have anything inside. The man was charged with fraudulent accosting and the woman was charged with possession of marijuana.

License stolen after vehicle disputeA 66-year-old man reported that his license was stolen after an argument with the suspect in front of A1 Collision NY at 528 West 39th St. Sept. 8 at 2 p.m. The suspect and the victim got into a car accident and they made an agreement to repair both vehicles, but when they got to the auto repair shop, they got into a disagreement and the suspect drove off with the victim’s driver’s license.

Woman arrested for skipping cab farePolice arrested a 59-year-old woman for theft of services for refusing to pay her cab fare when she was dropped off in the vicinity of Eighth Avenue and West 22nd Street Sept. 9 at 1:24 p.m. Police said that the woman refused to pay her taxi fare when the driver dropped her off, and she reportedly said that she didn’t have the money for the ride, which cost $17.80.

Model harassedA 26-year-old woman reported that someone she met online harassed her at the northwest corner of 10th Avenue and West 42nd Street Sept. 8 at 5:30 p.m. She told police that after exchanging Instagram information with the suspect, he contacted and messaged her multiple times. The victim didn’t answer, but the suspect called the victim’s modeling agency and made an appointment claiming that he was a rapper and the victim was needed for a shoot. She showed up at the location but left when she saw the man who was sending her messages. She said that no threats have been made but she is in fear for her safety.

Man assaulted A 24-year-old man reported that a stranger assaulted him in front of 320 West 15th St. Sept. 11 at 3:20 a.m. He told police that he was talking to a friend when the man approached him and punched him in the face, causing swelling, bleeding and pain. No arrests have been made.

Drunk driving arrest Police arrested a 30-year-old man for intoxicated driving in front of 524 West 42nd St. Sept. 8 at 11:15 p.m. Police said that the suspect pulled his car over into a no-parking zone and when he got out of the car, proceeded to urinate on the street. Police had seen him behind the wheel of the car before he got out and said that he had an odor of alcohol on his breath and was unsteady on his feet. The suspect reportedly refused to take a Breathalyzer at the scene and at the precinct.
