    Man arrested for assaultPolice arrested a 25-year-old man for assault inside Barracuda Bar at 275 West 25th St. Friday at 3:30 a.m. The victim told police that he was sitting at the bar and having a conversation when another man approached him and punched him in the face several times. Police said that the two men did not know each other.

    Wallet stolenA 39-year-old man reported that his wallet was stolen while he was inside Paddles at on West 26th Street Saturday between 3:30 and 6:30 a.m. The victim told police that he was engaged with two men at the same time while inside the club. He reported that his pants were around his waist but were loose, and he noticed later in the night that his pants felt lighter and that his wallet was gone. He told police that both men game him the same name.

    Food cart vendor harassedA 46-year-old food vendor reported that he was harassed while selling at his cart in front of 538 West 38th St. Saturday afternoon. He told police that a woman he didn’t know approached him about selling from his food cart on the sidewalk and pushed him without provocation.

    Man breakS ATMPolice said that a man caused damage to an ATM inside the Pay-O-Matic at 94 Eighth Ave. Sunday evening. An employee told police that the man became angry that his debit card was not working on the machine and as a result, he broke the card swiper and the ATM. He fled the scene, but the employee said that she has his information in the computer’s system. Police said that the damages totaled over $250.

    Wallet stolenA resident of a building on West 26th Street near Seventh Avenue reported that his wallet was stolen in his apartment Thursday around 10:45 p.m. The victim, a 36-year-old man, told police that his friend brought to his apartment a man that she had contacted on Craigslist. The man sat on the couch while talking to the victim’s friend and after she asked him to leave, the victim noticed that his wallet was missing. Shortly after, he received an alert that a purchase totaling $78.01 had been made at Andy’s Deli in the West Village.

    Phone TAKEN AT Chelsea ParkA 23-year-old woman reported that her iPhone 6S was stolen while she was playing soccer inside Chelsea Park on 11th Avenue Thursday at 9 p.m. She told police that she put her phone inside her backpack and left it unattended while she went to play soccer and when she returned, the phone was missing.
