Man arrested for beer theftPolice arrested a 43-year-old man for petit larceny inside a Rite Aid at 282 Eighth Ave. Oct. 21 at 10:30 a.m. Police said that the suspect removed a 12-pack of Coors Light from the store’s freezer and attempted to leave without paying for the beer.

Resident harassed by building superA 68-year-old woman reported that she was harassed by her building super Oct. 19 between 8 and 9 a.m. She told police that while she was at the doctor’s office that morning, the super went into her apartment on West 28th Street at 10th Avenue, took coffee beans from a cabinet and dumped them into her sink. Police said that the victim feels annoyed and alarmed.

Bag stolen A 25-year-old woman reported that her bag was stolen while she was across from 355 West 16th St. early on Saturday morning. She told police that she was sitting in a bench on the street and put her bag down. She turned away from it for a minute and when she turned back to where she had placed it, the bag was missing. She told police that the bag contained her iPhone 6 and her keys.

Woman urinated on A Google employee reported that a man harassed her while she was leaving the subway station at West 14th Street and Eighth Avenue on her way to work on the morning of Oct. 21. The 27-year-old victim told police that she was walking up the stairs from the A train platform when someone tapped her on the shoulder and told her that there was a man urinating on her back. When she turned around, the suspect fled south on Eighth Avenue. No arrests have been made.

Motorcycle stolen A 50-year-old man reported Saturday that his motorcycle was stolen after it had been parked behind 220 12th Ave. The victim said that he parked the BMW motorcycle in the spot at 10 a.m. and went to work and when he returned at 3:50 p.m., the bike was missing. He told police that he searched the area and didn’t see any signs of the motorcycle, and he said that he is still in possession of the bike’s keys.

Man arrested on drug chargesPolice arrested a 35-year-old man for criminal possession of a controlled substance inside The Out Hotel at 510 West 42nd St. on Oct. 20 at 8:45 p.m. Police said that the suspect was in possession of various controlled substance and reportedly told them that he had meth, GHB and cocaine.
