DOMESTIC ASSAULT ON HUSBAND

a woman was arrested after slashing her husband on the left forearm during a heated early morning fight in their west 97th street apartment. police said that on feb. 16 at 3 a.m., lisa collins, 41, was arrested for assaulting her husband, though police said he would not cooperate and refused to press charges or let his wounds be photographed.
