DONATION GRATIFICATION

To the Editor: I would like to publicly thank the employees at Google for their blood drive with New York Blood Center on Thursday, Oct. 16, 2008. We collected a total of 63 pints of whole blood and five units of red blood cells at their Eighth Avenue location. This is capable of saving the lives of approximately 190 people. Thank you again Google for helping the people of New York, and for giving the gift of life.
