Fast Burglar

A woman?s apartment on West End Avenue and West 83rd Street was burglarized Jan. 29. Police said that at 8:10 p.m. that evening, the 22-year-old woman left the apartment door open when she went to the building?s lobby to pick up her child. When she retuned, a $200 portable DVD player was missing, according to cops.
