Fight Leads to Assault

a man was assaulted on sept. 17 at 1:30 a.m. after an altercation on the northeast corner of amsterdam avenue and west 81st street. police said that jonathan bomser, 39, struck a 47-year-old upper west side man with a glass bottle, causing a laceration above his left eye. bomser was arrested and charged with assault.
