Just in time for the Fourth of July, police confiscated nearly [$20,000 worth of dazzling sky explosives] in one of the city’s largest fireworks busts in the history of pyrotechnics! About 6:30 p.m. last night at a basement warehouse in the Sheepshead Bay section of Brooklyn, investigators arrested five individuals after finding roughly 9,000 pounds of fireworks, including a small, pink backpack filled with the stuff and labeled “[What a Girl Wants](http://www.amny.com/news/local/am-fire0627,0,779312.story?coll=am-local-headlines),” which Police Commissioner Ray Kelly said was marketed specifically to little girls—I know that’s what I always wanted when I was a bonnie wee lass. In addition to traditional fireworks, authorities found mortar shells typically used in professional displays and what’s called an 800-Shot Grand Finale Saturn Missile Battery, which is about the size of a small table and sells for approximately 100 bucks. The suspects, who appeared to be in operation for about four years, were charged with weapons possession and unlawful dealing in fireworks. But not to worry, we're sure Macy's is still planning to make their display [bigger and brighter](http://www.nypost.com/seven/03212007/news/regionalnews/macys_fireworks_booster_may_fizzle_regionalnews_larry_celona_and_bill_sanderson.htm) than ever.
