A Queens construction worker was treated at New York Presbyterian Hospital at 8:15 a.m., Feb. 9, after he was struck in the head with a metal instrument while fighting with a coworker. Police said that the victim, whose age was unknown, was arguing with Nevzat Emini, a 37-year-old fellow worker, about who could do work on the site, 199 E. 76th St. and Third Avenue. The argument got heated and Emini allegedly struck the victim with the metal instrument. The victim fell down the stairs after being hit, cops said. Emini was arrested and charged with assault.
