HEROIC HOMECOMING

Assembly Member Jonathan Bing and Rep. Carolyn Maloney greeted the USS Intrepid upon the aircraft carrier's homecoming to Pier 86, near West 46th Street. Maloney secured federal funds for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to dredge the bottom of the Hudson River at the pier, allowing for the Intrepid's return.
