Cops say a man posing as an employee of the Fourth Universalist Society, a Unitarian church on the Upper West Side, was actually trying to burglarize the place Sept. 11. A real employee of the church tried to access the building on 160 Central Park West and West 76th Street around 8:30 a.m. Rafael Quiones, 47, opened a door from the inside, asking the employee, ?Come on in. I?ll let you in.? He asked the man if he wanted holy water. The employee told police Quiones had a hand truck and a package. When Quiones realized the man worked at the Society he ran out of the building. The employee apprehended Quiones and waited for police to arrive. When he was arrested, police found a Phillips-head screwdriver and a wrench in Quiones? bookbag.
