A 24-year-old Upper East Side man reported a burglary to police Feb. 4. The man said he left his apartment, on Lexington Avenue and East 75th Street, at 11:30 a.m. that morning. When he returned at 6:30 p.m., he noticed that his $2,000 Macbook and $300 Playstation 3 videogame console were missing. He told police that his front door had not been locking properly for five months.
