A Salem, Mass., man?s car was vandalized Sept. 8. The 44-year-old man parked his car in front of 303 W. 74th Street and West End Avenue. When he returned to his car at 1:30 p.m., his four wheels, costing $1,000, and 10 CDs were missing.
