a man ran off with nearly two dozen cardigans from clothing store club monaco july 15. around 11 a.m., a store clerk told police that the man swiped 21 cardigans worth $1,869 from a shelf. after he walked out of the store, located on 211 columbus ave., he fled northbound, then made a right at west 70th street toward the park.
