the 20th annual columbus avenue jazz and blues festival, sponsored by the westside crime prevention program and mitchell-lama residents coalition, is scheduled for sunday, june 20. the jazz collective, floyd lee and the delta blues and blue smoke will perform. the festival is on columbus avenue between west 86th and 96th streets from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. for more information, call 212-764-6330.
