Three motorcycles were taken off the streets in the West 70s in a span of two days. On Sept. 23, an Upper West Side man parked his $3,000 blue 2008 Kawasaki in front of 27 W. 75th St., between Central Park West and Columbus Avenue. When he returned the next morning at 11:30 a.m., the motorcycle was missing. On Sept. 24, an owner of a $3,000 yellow 2008 Yamaha parked the bike between two cars on West 75th Street, between West End Avenue and Broadway. The owner, a 29-year-old Bronx man, reported the motorcycle stolen when he returned to the parking spot. A 47-year-old Murray Hill man reported his $7,000 red 2007 Aprilia stolen Sept. 25. He parked the motorcycle the night before at 8:50 p.m. in front of 70 W. 71st St. and Columbus Avenue.
