an upper west side boutique clothing shop had nearly two dozen pieces of merchandise stolen from racks outside of its store oct. 11. pookie and sebastian clothing, on 322 columbus ave. between west 75th and west 76th streets, reported that $1,330 worth of clothing was stolen. at 4 p.m., a passerby notified staff that someone took 21 women's shirts off an outdoor display rack that was unattended.
