Pick of the Litter: The Cutest (Most Adoptable) Pet to Take Home Tonight

New York Press and NYC-based shelter Bideawee have partnered together to present you with the cutest (adoptable) pets in New York City. Check back every Thursday to see the newest pick of the litter! JoJo is a very social and loving 19-pound Miniature Poodle mix that wants to be with people 24/7! This adorable pooch came to Bideawee after he was rescued from a municipal shelter, where his future was looking very bleak. Although he is just 4 years old, JoJo was nearly blind due to cataracts. He desperately needed eye surgery, which we were able to have done for him here at Bideawee! Now that he is recovering well from the operation, JoJo is ready to go home with you! JoJo is already housebroken and seems to get along with other pets. He would do best with a family with kids over age 8, in which someone is able to be with him most of the time.
