Pressed for Time: Come Out and Play Festival

| 13 Aug 2014 | 05:10

June 4 through 6, The Brooklyn Lyceum, 227 4th Ave. (at President St.), Brooklyn, 718-857-4816; Free.

Urban legend: Hipsters aren’t sporty. Truth: Hipsters like street games. The Come Out and Play Festival offers these kids the chance to break in their Air Jordans and play games like circle rules football and Gentrification: The Game. There are more games than one man could possibly play but I’ll fucking be there, getting inappropriately competitive.

Bottom Line: Know the thrill of glory (unless you play me, then taste the sting of defeat!).
