In the afternoon of Sunday, May 5, an employee of a luxury design store on West Broadway witnessed a 35-year-old man enter the store, open a glass display case, and remove a black Porsche Design Indicator ETA chronometer watch valued at $12,440. The thief concealed the watch in his jeans pocket, attempted to wipe his fingerprints off the display case, and exited through the store's front door.
