    A man was robbed at knifepoint while walking his dog at 1 a.m. on Oct. 30. Cops said the thief approached the victim as he knelt down to clean up after the dog in front of 1107 Fifth Ave., near East 92nd Street. When the man stood up, the thief allegedly pulled out an 8-to-10-inch knife and said, â??I don"t want any trouble. Give me all your money. The victim handed over $670 and the robber fled east on East 92nd Street, according to cops.
