Sexual Assault in Building Vestibule

A 48-year-old man was arrested and charged with forcible touching. Police said that at 12:25 a.m., Jan. 30, John Zaubler was running naked through the public hallway of an apartment building at West 82nd Street and Central Park West. He approached a 39-year-old woman in the building?s vestibule and put his arm around her midsection, squeezing and rubbing against her.
