SHALOM, KELLNER

Assembly Member Micah Kellner recently returned from his six-day fact-finding trip to Israel. From Dec. 6 to 12, Kellner and 20 of his Assembly colleagues led by Assembly Speaker Sheldon Silver traveled to Israel to meet diplomats, government officials and politicians, including the new mayor of Jerusalem, Nir Barkat, and outgoing Prime Minister Ehud Olmert. Kellner visited two holy sites. The Jewish Community Relations Council of New York and the Israeli government sponsored the trip.
