police are seeking assistance in finding a 16-year-old girl and a 6-month-old baby. police said that jacklyn and keith bennett were last seen around 10:45 p.m. on april 28 at 115th street and seventh avenue. anyone with information can give an anonymous tip by calling 1-800-577-tips.
