At 7:50 p.m. on Monday, June 10, a 37-year-old man from the Bronx was delivering food on South End Avenue. When he returned about twenty minutes later to the spot in the street where he had parked his electric bike, he found the vehicle was missing. He had locked the bike with a chain through the wheel spokes but not to a fixed object. The bike was a black-and-red Arrow 26A valued at $1,305. It looks as if the delivery man lost the Arrow and got the shaft!
