They Still Love Speaker Quinn

Over in City Hall News I have a piece today on the fallout of congestion pricing, particularly whether City Council Speaker Christine Quinn's three picks to the 17-member congestion commission would cause a rift between herself and those Council members that are vocal in their opposition to the congestion toll plan.
