TWO-TIME PURSE SNATCHER

Police are searching for a man who they say robbed at least two women within the confines of the 19th precinct. In both cases, police said a man about 5"8 wearing all black followed the victims into their building. The thief then pushed the women to the ground and stole their pocketbooks. The first incident, which targeted a 31-year-old woman, occurred on Nov. 1 at 11:45 p.m. On Nov. 2 at 12:40 a.m., the robber struck again, robbing a 23-year-old woman in her apartment building.
