Workplace Critic

A 26-year-old Brooklyn man was assaulted by a coworker at the Food Emporium at 1175 Third Ave., between East 68th and 69th streets. Police said the Brooklyn man was conducting an inventory March 11 at 9:30 a.m. when he told his coworker to sit down next to him. The victim told the coworker that he wasn"t doing his job properly. The coworker reacted by taking a price scanner and hitting the victim on the left side of his face, cops said. There was no arrest.
